Job Title: ESG Compliance Officer

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a highly skilled ESG Compliance Officer to join our team. As an ESG Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor the company's ESG risk management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective ESG compliance strategies and programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ESG considerations are integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Provide ESG compliance training and support to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in ESG compliance.
  • Conduct regular ESG risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on ESG regulatory developments.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as law, business administration, or environmental science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESG compliance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating ESG risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ESG concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
