Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Compliance Officer to join our team at Deutsche Börse AG. As an ESG Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of human rights-related due diligence measures implemented by the company.
  • Act as a liaison between various group entities, bodies, and areas affected by ESG regulations.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and control activities to ensure compliance with ESG regulations.
  • Support the development of due diligence measures to manage risks associated with ESG-related initiatives.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on the company's ESG performance and any potential risks or violations identified.
Requirements
  • University degree in compliance, law, business administration, or economics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience in the field of compliance.
  • Profound knowledge of ESG-related requirements and regulatory legislations applicable to financial sector companies.
  • Strong writing, conceptual, and methodological skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and in a matrix organization within a multicultural and multi-location, international environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
