Join Our Team as a Financial Operations Assistant

FORRS Partners is a dynamic consulting organization that values teamwork and collaboration. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team in Munich.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and validate invoices in a timely manner and clarify requests with clients
  • Monitor and validate accounts payable, including regular reconciliations of vendor statements
  • Review and approve travel expenses
  • Prepare travel expenses for the accounting team
  • Generate meaningful financial reports and evaluations on costs and revenue
  • Complete administrative tasks such as authority notifications
Your Profile:
  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or academic degree with a focus on finance, business administration, or a related field
  • You have relevant working experience in one or more of the topics mentioned above
  • You have a structured, target-oriented approach with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • You have very good communication skills and a high extent of proactivity and sense of responsibility
  • You have relevant knowledge of common Office tools and are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or SharePoint
