About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations at Kronos Solar. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of financial documents and reports using SAP, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
