Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team at AI. FUND, a highly-focused entrepreneurial investment fund committed to advancing AI from Europe. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening new startup investment cases, assessing potential investment cases, and accompanying portfolio companies in their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening new startup investment cases
  • Assessing potential investment cases and providing deal support
  • Accompanying portfolio companies in their development and growth
  • Organizing investor events and managing the AI. FUND network
  • Handling AI. FUND tracking, reporting, and controlling
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and investor's mindset
  • Ability to scope and drive invest, financial, and business topics with little guidance
  • Good business sense
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Result orientation and strive for excellence
  • Drive and passion for innovation and technology with a can-do attitude
  • High interpersonal competency - a people person with character and convictions
  • A high degree of flexibility and commitment
  • Business-level German and English language skills
Nice to Have
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field (strategy and operational consulting, investing, startup work, business development, or business analytics)
  • Experience working with or for startups
  • Ability to think out of the box and take an investor perspective
  • Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly
  • International experience
