AI. FUND is a highly-focused entrepreneurial investment fund committed to advancing AI from Europe. We invest in the most promising early-stage AI-first startups in Europe that put AI at the heart of their impactful solutions. Our focus is on the application of AI across all sectors, with a preference for seed and Series A rounds. We expect first customer traction and the ambition to scale internationally.

We support our portfolio companies in scaling up their business globally, leveraging our clear focus on scalable AI from Europe, our experienced entrepreneurial team, and our unique international network in AI, VC, and the business world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Sourcing, screening, assessment, and deal preparation for new startup investment cases.
  • Invest Portfolio Management: Reporting, support, and development of portfolio companies.
  • Stock Portfolio Management Support: Tracking market trends, portfolio management, and optimization.
  • Network Management & Event Organization: Organizing network, investor, and startup events, knowledge management, and dissemination.
  • Business Controlling & Development: Financial controlling support, business analytics, planning, market research, and trend scouting.
  • Business Admin & Development: Business organization, administration, and development, business communication, and execution.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit & Investor's Mindset: Ability to scope and drive invest, financial, and business topics with little guidance.
  • Business Acumen: Good business sense, excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Result Orientation & Excellence: Drive and passion for innovation and technology with a can-do attitude.
  • Interpersonal Competency: High interpersonal competency, a people person with character and convictions.
  • Flexibility & Commitment: A high degree of flexibility and commitment.
  • Language Skills: Business-level German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in a related field (strategy and operational consulting, investing, startup work, business development, or business analytics).
  • Start-up Experience: Experience working with or for startups.
  • Investor Perspective: Ability to think out of the box and take an investor perspective.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
  • International Experience: International experience.
Education

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Technical, or Science.
