Compensation and Benefits Overview

At Property Finder, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to lead our Total Rewards function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
* Analyze market data and trends to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and equitable
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement benefits programs that support employee wellbeing and engagement
* Provide strategic recommendations to our Remuneration Committee on executive compensation and benefits
* Manage the administration of our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and ensure compliance with established policies

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in rewards or compensation and benefits function
* Strong knowledge of market data and trends in the MENA region
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
