About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Ottobock. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our total reward strategy, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses to assess our competitive positioning and provide recommendations for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain our function evaluation system, ensuring that it is fair, transparent, and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage the annual global salary round and bonus round, ensuring that they are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
  • Participate in and manage projects related to the implementation, optimization, and harmonization of remuneration instruments at national and international levels.
  • Design and implement rules and processes regarding job evaluations, ensuring that they are fair, transparent, and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Ensure target group-oriented employee communication on C&B measures, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with co-determination committees, including negotiations, to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with our business goals.
  • Conduct and participate in works council negotiations on C&B projects, ensuring that our interests are represented.
  • Build a global C&B community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Coordinate external service providers and contacts within the company on C&B issues, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager who has a strong background in HR and compensation and benefits. You should have a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, and several years of experience in the HR Compensation and Benefits area. You should also have a high degree of flexibility, a strong analytical mindset, and a structured way of working.
