OEM Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven OEM Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in building trust and strong customer relationships over the phone. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and winning new business opportunities to sell Lenovo's capabilities and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Create a robust pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps, proposing upgrades and transition paths as appropriate
- Maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction
- Liaise with sales support teams and coordinate customer issues
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in a similar position within the IT industry
- Ability to work on cross-departmental/cultural assignments
- Passion for IT technology and supporting customers
- Fluent in English and German
- Detail-oriented and enjoy working with data
