Job Title: Retention Specialist Sales

About Us: Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment.

Job Purpose: As a Retention Specialist Sales, you will be responsible for retaining customers who are at risk of canceling their services with Stericycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide satisfactory solutions to customers and retain business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-negotiate contracts with customers to retain their business.
  • Utilize value-based sales skills to uncover customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage cases assigned to you within prescribed service level expectations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
  • Proactively contact customers who are at risk of canceling their services.

Requirements:

  • Education equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in sales or marketing.
  • Two or more years of telesales experience or equivalent in related work experience.
  • Experience with customer relations and support, as well as leadership abilities.
