Localization Tester

At Lionbridge Gaming, we're seeking a skilled Localization Tester to join our team. As a Localization Tester, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our games by testing and evaluating translations, audio, and subtitles.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate game translations and proofread on-screen text, audio, and subtitles
  • Verify cultural correctness and console terminology
  • Identify and track issues, suggesting solutions to encountered problems
  • Report errors and bugs in English
  • Collaborate with test leads and international testers

Requirements:

  • Native-level speaker of one of our target languages
  • Excellent command of the native language in writing and orally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Passion for video games and broad knowledge of video game platforms
  • Proficient with Windows/Office
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Game Localization is a plus
