About the Role:

SMP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and maintenance of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or production planning role.
  • Proven experience with maintenance management systems and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
