Job Overview

Leica Camera AG is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Market Consultant to join its Customer Excellence Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the implementation of strategies across markets utilizing our Salesforce B2C CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and oversee project plans for Customer Excellence initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives to integrate sales and marketing activities, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Advocate for the adoption of data-driven practices within the organization, driving the adoption of data-driven tools to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with CRM and data teams to implement solutions, identifying CRM and data requirements to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or minimum 5 years of similar working experience.
  • Proven experience in project management within CRM, marketing, or sales, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity in using Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Photography knowledge and understanding of the premium luxury market is a plus.
