Role Overview

The B2C Customer Success Manager within our Customer Excellence Team is crucial in uncovering business opportunities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and spearheading the execution of strategies across various markets by leveraging our Salesforce B2C CRM capabilities. This position requires close collaboration with headquarters teams and emphasizes a shift towards a data-centric approach in sales, encompassing subsidiaries and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage project plans for Customer Excellence initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Employ project management tools to monitor progress and address potential risks.
  • Engage with regional teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and execute initiatives.
  • Deliver strategic insights aimed at enhancing lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Guarantee uniform application of strategies across different markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business objectives.
  • Distribute resources based on strategic significance and anticipated impact.
  • Align market-specific priorities with overarching organizational goals.
  • Establish market-specific KPIs to evaluate Customer Excellence initiatives.
  • Continuously assess KPIs to gauge performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement corrective actions to optimize overall performance.
  • Encourage teamwork with headquarters sales teams to synchronize efforts with sales targets.
  • Collect feedback to refine Customer Excellence strategies and execution.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives to merge sales and marketing activities.
  • Promote the adoption of data-driven methodologies within the organization.
  • Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and enhance performance.
  • Drive the integration of data-driven tools to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify CRM and data needs to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate existing systems and discover opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with CRM and data teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within CRM, marketing, or sales domains.
  • Strong grasp of CRM principles and sales funnel optimization.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical and sales-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS PowerBI.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of photography and the premium luxury market is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in e-commerce and retail, is beneficial.
