Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to implement the Leica Clienteling system effectively.
- Tailor the system to meet the specific needs of our subsidiaries, ensuring thorough acceptance testing and comprehensive user training.
- Drive the continuous improvement of clienteling processes through ongoing requirements management focused on design and functionality.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff on utilizing the clienteling system efficiently.
- Foster a positive mindset among users by identifying and sharing best practices.
- Monitor system usage and performance from the headquarters.
- Assist the CRM team in developing a robust customer database to facilitate effective segmentation and enhance relationships with key customers.
- A minimum of 4 years of higher education in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in an international retail setting.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with pertinent IT tools are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
- A detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
