Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales processes to ensure optimal performance across international markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Central Management: Directing our sales processes to achieve targets effectively across various distribution channels and product lines.
  • KPI Development: Designing a comprehensive KPI monitoring system and operational excellence standards to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Regularly assessing the cost of sales, integrating insights from production and product management.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Continuously improving the forecasting and budgeting processes, along with establishing a unified global reporting system.
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Acting as the primary contact for supply chain management regarding production and sales planning.
  • SAP Coordination: Determining the SAP delivery mode in collaboration with order management and allocation of critical products.
  • Information Analysis: Efficiently preparing key information to derive actionable recommendations for markets and the supply chain.
  • Inventory Management: Developing KPIs and collaborating with relevant stakeholders for effective inventory oversight.
  • Data Synthesis: Integrating data from various systems to create insightful dashboards highlighting essential KPIs.
  • Project Involvement: Participating in sales and retail projects, leading sub-projects as necessary.
  • Process Automation: Serving as the contact point for sales support process automation in the context of our B2B platforms.
  • New Process Analysis: Conducting analyses for the introduction of new sales processes and their ongoing optimization.
  • Event Participation: Engaging in events and trade shows as required.
  • Price Coordination: Managing price lists and evaluating potential price adjustments.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise in managing sales processes with a focus on demand and sales forecasting.
  • A deep understanding of SAP and IT processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A strong analytical and strategic mindset.
  • A holistic understanding of processes and relationships, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Creativity and initiative in developing new solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with diplomatic skills.
  • Assertiveness and a flexible, hands-on attitude, maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, and BI systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
