Senior Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Manager to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a central role in shaping our pricing strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and define KoRo's comprehensive pricing strategy, leveraging multivariate analysis methods to inform decision-making and stay ahead of market trends.
- Process Automation: Design and implement internal tools to automate processes, driving efficiency gains and minimizing repetitive tasks.
- Pricing Recommendations: Collaborate with our analytics team to create pricing recommendations, utilizing mathematical models and advanced statistical techniques.
- Pricing Monitoring: Continuously monitor pricing and analyze various pricing components, including discounts, coupons, and promotions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify effective pricing strategies and provide valuable insights that inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Education: Completed technical or scientific degree.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Pricing Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent English skills; German skills a plus. Proficient in advanced Excel functions and familiar with data analysis tools. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive and responsible approach to new tasks, with a hands-on mentality.
