We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local tax laws and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and business-oriented transfer pricing advice to various business areas within the Group.
- Develop pragmatic solutions in close collaboration with business teams to ensure effective transfer pricing strategies.
- Review and analyze intercompany pricing policies to ensure alignment with global transfer pricing models.
- Manage individual transfer pricing audits and mutual agreement procedures in Germany and other jurisdictions.
- Support the coordination and preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reporting.
- Interface with regional and local teams, as well as business teams, to ensure seamless transfer pricing operations.
- Independently manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal transfer pricing guidelines and policies.
- Compile and organize financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including prioritization and process optimization to improve transfer pricing compliance.
Requirements:
- Legal, Business, or Economics background.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Experience with tax litigation and tax controversy handling.
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level).
