Deliver Exceptional Transfer Pricing Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Transfer Pricing team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting Transfer Pricing Guidance for all intercompany transactions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent, comprehensive, and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Group, including preparation of new Guidelines and Policies.
  • Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with business teams.
  • Review and analyze intercompany pricing policies.
  • Manage individual Transfer Pricing Audits and mutual agreement procedures in Germany and other jurisdictions.
  • Support coordination, preparation, and analysis of global transfer pricing documentation projects.
  • Interface and cooperate with regional and local teams, business teams, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams, and international Finance teams.
  • Independently manage internal and external stakeholders to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies.
  • Compile and organize financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including prioritizing and process optimization to improve TP compliance.

Requirements:

  • Legal, Business, or Economics background.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
  • Experience with Tax litigation and Tax controversy handling.
  • Fluent German language skills (At least C1 Level).
