Strategic Leader for LCV Business

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a mid-to-long-term strategy for LCV business across the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts from various functions, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including regional and global teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement sales channel strategies, including network development and after-sales services, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish pricing, network, and regulation requirements for new model launches.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in a high-level functional management role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of success in overseeing and managing LCV business strategy at the European market level.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.
- Excellent sales acumen and experience in B2B sales channel development.
