Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Mannheim or Berlin. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in utilizing data to inform and drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various teams and business partners to formulate key questions, gain a comprehensive understanding of business domains and processes, create and analyze diverse datasets. Your insights and data-driven business cases will be instrumental in the growth and success of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives
- Analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes
- Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions
- Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making
- Support the business decision-making process, by generating analytical solutions by leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-based 'proof of concept' framework
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a business context
- Strong zeal for data crunching and wrangling
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
