Project Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Manager to join our Enterprise Services team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic procurement support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive support and guidance to Project Procurement Managers and Procurement Experts in regional procurement organizations.
- Develop and implement standard procurement tools and processes to ensure global governance of ES related procurement functions.
- Monitor Purchasing Volume, CNI, and identify CNI opportunities to maximize savings.
- Support countries in negotiations and contract preparation for medium and high-volume ES projects.
- Define and implement a global negotiation concept to maximize savings against competitors.
- Manage contracts effectively and create global or region-based frame contracts.
- University degree in business administration, supply chain management, or engineering.
- Long-term experience in strategic procurement.
- Excellent English language skills, German language skills a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and changes in supply and demand.
