Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our da Vinci Surgical System across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement the clinical sales plan, develop strong relationships with surgical teams, and provide expert training and support to ensure seamless system utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgical teams, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders to promote system adoption and utilization.
  • Provide expert training and support to ensure seamless system utilization and address any technical or procedural challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense tracking, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
