We're excited to launch the 7th cohort of our JumpStart Academy, a performance-based, fast-track program designed to identify, coach, and grow high-calibre insight professionals. Over two years, you'll progress from entry-level to Senior Research Executive, developing the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this dynamic field.

As a Market Research Development Executive, you'll join the 'Trailblazer' cohort on our accelerator pathway, embarking on a journey of learning and development through a curated program of hands-on experiences and expert mentorship.

Your Journey as a Market Research Development Executive:

  1. A supportive manager and buddies will guide you throughout your journey.
  2. You'll receive a clear 2-year plan with objectives and rewards to motivate your progress.
  3. Quarterly evaluations and feedback will ensure you stay on track for performance-based promotions every 6-8 months.
  4. You'll gain MRS certification in Research Foundations, enhancing your knowledge and credibility.
  5. 'Always-on' training modules will keep you up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  6. You'll develop specific expertise in Brand and Comms, Product Innovation solutions, and other areas tailored to your experience level.
  7. After completing your second year, you'll have the opportunity to participate in one-month paid secondments in any of our EU offices or work with local market teams or our global innovation team.
  8. A hybrid WFH policy will balance flexibility, team bonding, and continuous learning.
  9. You'll become part of a tight-knit, fun team who make coming to work exciting – and the Friday drinks don't hurt either

What Makes an Ideal Market Research Development Executive Candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a relevant university/school (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, Communications).
  • Strong command of English and local language, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with quantitative research methods, confident with data analysis.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in a second language.

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
