About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our JumpStart Academy as a JumpStart Executive. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in market research and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a JumpStart Executive, you will be part of our 'Trailblazer' cohort and will undergo a highly engaging and finely curated program of learning and doing, over 2 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in market research, and will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research projects to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their objectives
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new research methods and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our research methods and tools
Requirements
  • A first-class degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, Communications)
  • Strong command of the English and German language (B2 or above), both written and verbal
  • Experience with quantitative research methods, or confident with data
  • Additional languages a bonus
  • Naturally curious, self-driven and ambitious, with a passion for market research
  • Strong, confident communicator, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
