Luxury Talent, eine internationale Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung, sucht für einen unserer Kunden, einem internationalen Fashion Retailer, einen Health&Safety Advisor (m/w/d) in München.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortlich für die überwachung der Risikobewertungen und Sicherheitsprogramme an allen Standorten in der Region
  • Implementierung einer Standortübergreifenden H&S-Strategie
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit H&S-Manager EMEA, HR und Operations Management
  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Sicherheitstools, -programmen, -berichten und -schulungen an allen Standorten in der Region
  • Gewährleistet die Einhaltung der globalen Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards und Ländervorschriften
Qualifikationen
  • Fließe Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im H&S oder verwandten Bereich
  • Die Fähigkeit, dem lokalen Management professionelle H&S-Unterstützung zu bieten
  • Die Fähigkeit, abteilungs-/markenübergreifende Teams zu führen und zu schulen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln, verbunden mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft
