The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in corrections or law enforcement, with a proven track record of supervising corrections staff. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced institutional setting.
This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily activities of Security Supervisors, Corrections Officers, and Inmates
