**Your mission**:
Working directly with our customers and partly the engineering team, the Head of Sales will be responsible to build an international sales team with local presences, establish sales and business development processes and fulfilling the sales related goals. You will work closely with our customers to gain an understanding of their needs, buying centers and general processes.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify the various stakeholder needs in close interaction (including on-site visits)
- Conduct Market segmentations, opportunity identifications, value articulation, pricing and competitive analysis
- Participation in negotiation and being the POC during the whole sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Built a sales team with complementary skill sets and knowledge about regional
- Fulfilment of metrics and KPIS to ensure growth, understanding the customer life-cycle better and spill in learnings into the development team

**Your profile**:
YOUR PROFILE:

- 5+ years of experience in Sales, experience with SaaS and/or the space domain is a plus
- You hold a degree in economics, aerospace engineering or equivalent experience
- You have high standards of quality and analytical skills and perseverance to build processes from scratch and ensure their adherence
- You can work independently and have the skills to lead a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must. German is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the space industry
