Job Description

We are seeking a Lithium Sales Manager to establish the foundational strategies for our recycled lithium offerings and drive sales across various industries in Europe. This role will focus on identifying and analyzing target markets, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Identify and analyze target markets for recycled lithium sales, focusing on sectors outside of the battery industry, such as ceramics, lubricants, and glass manufacturing.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for promoting our recycled lithium products, ensuring alignment with market demands and pricing trends.
  • Fundamental Setup: Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish the necessary infrastructure for sales operations, including pricing models, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our recycled lithium products.
  • Pricing Analysis: Monitor and analyze pricing movements in the lithium market to set competitive pricing structures for our products.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in lithium sales
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or trading within commodities
  • Proven track record in selling lithium in the European market, along with a strong understanding of pricing dynamics and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A background in chemistry, materials science, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
