About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lithium Sales Manager to join our team at tozero. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategies to sell recycled lithium across diverse industries in Europe.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and analyzing target markets for recycled lithium sales, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and industry partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in lithium sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute strategies to sell recycled lithium across diverse industries in Europe
  • Identify and analyze target markets for recycled lithium sales
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners
  • Monitor and analyze pricing movements in the lithium market
  • Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record in lithium sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Background in chemistry, materials science, or related fields (plus)
