Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Senior Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der unsere Kunden auf ihrer Reise zur Erfolgskonzern-Status erreichen helfen kann. Das Unternehmen Wiberg Solutions GmbH ist ein wachsender Logistikdienstleister im Bereich des Datenverkehrs. Wir sind bekannt für unsere langfristigen Beziehungen zu über 120 Kunden und unserem Ziel, zu den größten Anbietern in dieser Branche zu gehören.

Aufgaben
  • Der Hauptfokus liegt auf dem Proaktiven Vertrieb und der Gewinnung von Neukunden, um unsere Kundenbasis weiter auszubauen.
  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung sind ebenfalls wichtige Aufgaben, bei denen wir unsere Kunden individuell unterstützen und beraten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus dem Serviceteam ist unerlässlich, um gemeinsam unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sind erforderlich. Eine Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb/Aussendienst, idealerweise im Bereich elektronischer Datenaustausch für Lieferungen und Rechnungen, wird geschätzt.
  • Selbstständiges Denken und Handeln sowie Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Abschlusssicherheit sind entscheidende Fähigkeiten.
  • Eine motivierende Persönlichkeit, Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sind unabdingbar.

Die Schätzung unseres Salärs bewegt sich zwischen 45.000 bis 55.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
