What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Avon's social media presence, executing PR campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty and personal care industries.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports Avon's overall marketing goals and objectives Manage Avon's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and create and curate engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner and monitor social media metrics to ensure the success of our social media campaigns Monitor and analyze media coverage of Avon and the beauty and personal care industries, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and PR initiatives Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new tactics and strategies as needed Maintain relationship with Beauty Ambassador Program and include into social Media Strategy RobustlyunderstandGlobal/Regionalavailablecontent,feed in localrequirementsandinfluence contentdevelopedtomeet German needs Manageexternalagenciestoproducelocallyoriginatedcontent Create strategy and content for the SOME channels Monitor and increase followers of SOME Plan and execute the promotion of new products in SOME
