Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für unser IT-Team in Hannover. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du in verschiedenen IT-Bereichen tätig sein, u.a. im IT-Support, IT-Anforderungsmanagement und IT-Service Management.

Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets und Beantwortung von Anfragen zu internen IT-Systemen
  • Verwaltung von Systemberechtigungen und Behebung erster Fehlermeldungen
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten, u.a. bei Anforderungsaufnahmen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
  • Testing neuer Schnittstellen und Funktionen in Systemen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Übernahme kleinerer Programmieraufgaben, z.B. mit VBA oder Java
Qualifikationen
  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Breit gefächerte Interessen im IT-Umfeld und Erfahrung mit verschiedenen IT-Tools
  • Selbstständige, lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
