Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Als Purchasing Manager (m/w/d) Recycling Raw Materials bei Aurubis AG sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einkaufsaktivitäten im Bereich Recycling und edelmetallhaltige Rohstoffe. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Betreuung von Lieferanten aus der D/A/CH-Region und die Etablierung langfristiger Partnerschaften.
  • Die Akquisition neuer Lieferanten und die Erschließung neuer Materialquellen.
  • Die Übernahme der Verantwortung für Reklamationsfälle und die Koordination ihrer Lösungen.
  • Die Erstellung von Berichten über Marktentwicklungen und die Durchführung von Marktanalysen.
  • Die Optimierung von Abläufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Produktionsbereichen und der Produktionsplanung.
  • Die Bereitstellung von Marktkenntnissen zur strategischen Entwicklung der Marktstellung.
  • Die Teilnahme an Projekten und die Überwachung dieser.
  • Regelmäßige Besuche bei Lieferanten zur Entwicklung und Diversifizierung des Einkaufsportfolios.
  • Die Koordination von Lieferungen und die Sicherstellung der Vertragserfüllung unserer europäischen Werken in enger Abstimmung mit dem Customer Service.

Ihre Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Einkäufer mit:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen.
  • Fließendem Deutsch und Englischkenntnissen, idealerweise beherrschen Sie eine weitere Sprache.
  • Umgang mit Office 365 und Kenntnissen in SAP.
  • Metallurgischem und technischem Verständnis.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich des Recyclings von Elektronikschrott.
  • Kundenorientierung, Eigenständigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität.
  • Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung und effiziente Organisation.
  • Kreative Lösungen und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Interkulturelles Bewusstsein und Bereitschaft, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten.
  • Reisebereitschaft.
