We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources & Communication team as an intern.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Documenting and organizing internal and external trainings
  • Creating a comprehensive training catalogue
  • Developing engaging content for internal communication
  • Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing activities and administrative tasks
  • Preparing and updating employee files
  • Researching and presenting new approaches related to the company's personal development plan
  • Updating and developing new procedures and standards in line with instructions and guidelines received
  • Reorganizing and classifying documents, updating presentations, and supporting in administrative tasks
  • Assisting in interviews

Requirements:

  • Studies in a relevant field (Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, Communication & Marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Multitasking skills, linked with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work unsupervised
  • Being creative and result-oriented
  • Availability for 3 - 6 months
  • Fluency in English and German is required. French or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
