Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Talent Attraction team as an Internship Talent Attraction Specialist. This role will provide an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in recruiting processes, screen resumes, and assist with pre-screening candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Attraction's recruiting process
  • Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
  • Assist with pre-screen candidates and manage database accordingly
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed (interviews scheduling, job fairs organization, recruitment event research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling)
  • Help plan and organize HR related events
  • Participate to interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge

Required Profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with a wide variety of individuals
  • High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
  • Priorities management
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Ability to effectively use Office pack
  • Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English is mandatory (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German considered as an asset.
