Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Intern - HR Services & Operations role, which involves:

  • Supporting in the administration of new joiners, including following up on hiring formalities, managing personal files, and entry documents;
  • Absence management, including encoding leave and illness in our HRIS, following up on extraordinary leave, and ensuring the quality control of encoded data;
  • Providing quality administrative support for all our HR processes related to time management, individual data, hiring, and leaving management;
  • Participating in internal HR process optimization projects.

We are looking for a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources (higher education courses, Bac+3/Bac+4) who is recognized for their rigour and organization, has great analytical and synthesis skills, is proactive, and has a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will also have a good command of IT tools, particularly MS Office and Excel, and speak French and English fluently. German is considered an asset.
