About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including administrative tasks and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
