About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Apollo-Optik Holding GmbH & Co. KG. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including the creation and maintenance of personnel documents.
- Contribute to the harmonization, standardization, and automation of HR processes across both companies.
- Document and visualize internal HR processes, as well as maintain the HR knowledge database.
- Collaborate with the Shared-Service-Center team to develop and implement new processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including HR business partners and payroll teams.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, preferably with additional training in personnel management.
- Several years of experience in personnel administration, ideally in a similar role.
- Occasional willingness to travel to our location in Grasbrunn.
- High level of customer orientation, quality awareness, teamwork, and initiative.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
