Lead Developer for Patient Portal (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a substantial team focused on developing software solutions for patient engagement Inspire and guide team members through mentorship Manage the recruitment and selection process for new talent Conduct performance evaluations and management Ensure the software's installability, portability, scalability, maintainability, and serviceability Contribute to the strategic roadmap and ensure timely delivery of projects Collaborate with both local and international product teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience in management and/or working with agile development teams Strong leadership skills and mentality Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using web technologies Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus Knowledge in developing both Web and Desktop Applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
