Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large team of software developers in the development of patient engagement software
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Recruit and select new team members
- Manage team performance and ensure delivery of high-quality software
- Ensure the software is installable, portable, scalable, maintainable, and serviceable
- Contribute to the creation of the product roadmap and ensure delivery according to the roadmap
- Collaborate with local and international product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in management and/or working with agile development teams
- Leadership mentality
- Knowledge of at least 3 of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL
- Practical experience in developing enterprise applications with web technologies
- Experience in the healthcare domain is beneficial
- Knowledge in developing web and desktop applications
- Strong oral and written English language skills
