Lead Developer for Patient Portal (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a substantial team focused on developing software solutions for patient engagement Provide mentorship and motivation to team members Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new employees Manage performance evaluations and feedback Ensure software is installable, portable, scalable, maintainable, and serviceable Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with both local and international product teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience in management and/or working with agile development teams Strong leadership qualities Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using web technologies Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous Knowledge in the development of web and desktop applications Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
