Lead Developer for Patient Portal (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sizable team focused on developing software for patient engagement initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and motivation to team members
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes
  • Conduct performance evaluations and management
  • Ensure software is installable, portable, scalable, maintainable, and serviceable
  • Contribute to the creation of project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with both local and international product teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in management and/or working with agile development teams
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL
  • Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using web technologies
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous
  • Knowledge in the development of web and desktop applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
