Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Publisher Sales Manager (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, as we introduce our services to new markets and broaden our client base internationally.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Launch our NucleusLinks SaaS product across Europe and the UK.
  • Take ownership of the sales process to achieve and surpass company revenue goals on both annual and quarterly bases.
  • Leverage your professional network to establish new partnerships, finalize deals, and foster long-term relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Enhance existing partnerships by identifying upselling opportunities and facilitating expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on product promotion strategies.
  • Represent Affinity Global at client meetings and industry conferences, both in Europe and globally, as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the digital publishing landscape, particularly in the affiliate and coupon sectors.
  • 5 years of proven success in SaaS sales, managing accounts with significant annual revenue volumes.
  • A strong track record in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and objection handling, particularly with large organizations.
  • The ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive speaking and contract negotiations.
  • A proven ability to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the media industry.
  • A respected profile within the industry, evidenced by a strong personal network, visibility at industry events, or the ability to produce thought-provoking content.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, utilizing data insights to inform decision-making and ensure client success.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
  • A willingness to travel as necessary.
