Lead Consultant in Environmental Sustainability Solutions (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in Environmental Sustainability Solutions, you will take charge of consulting or auditing projects in areas such as the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, climate change, or human rights.
  • Engaging with decision-makers in relevant sectors to strategically advance and implement topics such as sustainability KPIs and objectives, cross-organizational structures, or emerging legal requirements is also part of your role.
  • You will drive the integration of sustainability into corporate governance frameworks and design processes for managing and reporting on non-financial issues.
  • Participating in product development and overseeing new client acquisition will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in Environmental Sustainability Solutions, you should possess a degree in business, natural sciences, or engineering.
  • A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in sustainability auditing and consulting is required, with a focus in a specific area being advantageous.
  • Having passed a professional auditor examination is a plus.
  • Experience in project and team leadership is essential.
  • A strong passion for sustainability, non-financial reporting, auditing methodologies, complex challenges, and business development is expected.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, excellent English language skills, as well as flexibility and mobility are prerequisites.
  • Your strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and structured approach will complete your qualifications.
