About the Role

TüV Süd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sustainability Services team in the UK. As a Senior Life Cycle Assessment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of sustainability and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct life cycle assessments and calculate corporate and product carbon footprints for a range of clients
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and solutions for clients across various industries
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations related to sustainability and environmental impact
Requirements
  • Good first degree (2:1 or 1st) in Environmental Science, science, or related field
  • Proven experience in life cycle assessment, product carbon footprinting, and sustainability consulting
  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, including ISO 14044, ISO 14040, and PAS 2050
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • Proficient in the use of LCA software, such as GaBi, OpenLCA, or SimaPro
