Position

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for sustainability and a drive to make a meaningful impact. We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Project Lead to join our team at H&Z, where you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative sustainability strategies that drive business growth and positive change.

Your Mission

  • You will lead and manage exciting sustainability projects for our international and national customers, developing and implementing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • You will work closely with top management, strategy departments, and sustainability experts to develop and implement sustainability strategies that drive business success and positive impact.
  • You will support the expansion of our sustainability network and enhance our sustainability offering, identifying new opportunities and partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and mentoring our analysts and junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Your Profile

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university, with a strong background in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sustainability strategy, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing projects and teams.
  • A deep understanding of sustainability management and reporting, with experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that drive business growth and positive impact.
  • You are fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a high affinity for situations and people, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
