We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by closing high-value deals with leading retailers.

About the Role
  • You will take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Work closely with BDRs to maximize the pipeline, ensuring that qualified leads are efficiently nurtured and converted into successful deals.
  • Apply your technical expertise to deeply understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales playbooks, processes, and overall strategy, helping to shape the future of our sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine and elevate our sales strategy, establishing a scalable sales funnel that leverages both your efforts and the support of BDRs.
Your Profile
  • You bring 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scaleup, with a proven track record of generating and nurturing a healthy pipeline, particularly through outbound efforts.
  • Have successfully closed six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Possess strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex products and concepts, including APIs and other technical integrations.
  • Are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for educating and guiding customers through complex sales processes.
  • Are fluent in German and English, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
