Your Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage enterprise prospects with high-growth potential.
  • Create strategic account plans to secure significant deals.
  • Analyze customer needs, present tailored solutions, and differentiate our offering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless feature deployment and onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline, accurate forecasts, and industry insights.
About You
  • Proven sales experience in B2B SaaS, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in complex enterprise SaaS sales ( ARR >250k, 6+ months sales cycle, buying committees, challenger sales).
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • A motivational team player with a desire to learn and coach peers.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German or French language skills are highly valued).
