About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our Compliance department. As an Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective information security measures to protect our organization's assets and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of information security processes
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the information security management system
- Establish and maintain an information security organization
- Update and maintain the information security guidelines and documentation
- Implement information security requirements and concepts
- Support the identification and handling of IT security risks
- Develop and maintain an information and reporting system, including the evaluation and forwarding of security incidents
- Initiate and conduct awareness and training programs for information security
- Participate in the implementation of IT security systems
- Participate in the procurement of hardware and software and resolve conflicts of interest
- Be the point of contact for information security-related questions within our organization
Requirements
- Successful completion of a business administration degree or equivalent
- Excellent IT technical understanding
- Strategic and conceptual thinking
- Identification with the goals of information security
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Confidence in negotiations
